Full job description

The Expert Services Manager will provide strategic consultation and world-class services to clients managing Search Advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Google Performance Max, Microsoft Search, and Microsoft Smart Shopping/Performance Max. Responsibilities include campaign creation, optimization, client communication, performance reporting, and supporting client success. Candidates must have 3-4 years of paid search campaign experience, 3+ years client-facing experience, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and AI solutions. Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications are highly desirable. The role supports internal and external stakeholders and requires occasional travel. The position is hybrid with three days in office per week in San Francisco. Salary range is $85,000-$95,000 plus bonus eligibility.
