The Expert Services Manager provides strategic consultation and campaign management for Search Advertising clients using platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Responsibilities include campaign execution, optimization, client advising, performance reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to drive innovation. Candidates must have 3-4 years of paid search campaign experience, 3+ years client-facing experience, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and AI solutions. Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications are highly desirable. The role is hybrid with three days in office per week in Chicago. Salary range is $85,000-$95,000 plus bonus eligibility.
