Paid Media Specialist Intern role in Madrid. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing social media campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to meet KPIs; providing campaign analysis; defining and improving workflows with client teams; building client relationships; identifying client needs and opportunities; supporting the CDS team in strategy creation; and identifying automation opportunities. Requirements: basic experience with paid media campaigns, interest in digital advertising and new technologies, analytical mindset, strategic and goal-oriented, international mindset, English proficiency preferred, strong interpersonal skills.
