Full job description
Internship role in People & Culture team in Vilnius supporting employer branding, learning & development, internal and external communication, and administrative tasks. Requires curiosity, initiative, interest in HR, organizational skills, English proficiency, and teamwork. Paid half-time internship for 3 months with salary 600 EUR gross/month. On-site role with canteen, leisure zones, gym, and social events.
What you'll do
- Help with employer branding activities, such as preparing content and supporting small projects
- Assist in Learning & Development (L&D) activities, including content transfer, materials preparation
- Get hands-on experience with internal and external communication, helping with messages, updates, and presentations
- Contribute to a positive employee workplace experience working closely with People & Culture colleagues
- Support People & Culture administrative tasks, such as documentation and coordination support
Requirements
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas
- Interest in Human Resources, or related fields
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal English skills
- A collaborative attitude and eagerness to be part of a team
