Oracle Fusion IT Tech Lead role focused on Finance domain ERP transformation. Responsibilities include ensuring integrator delivers a robust and scalable solution, translating business needs into functional configuration, owning Finance build activities post-go-live, shaping global Finance design, promoting simplicity and standardization, reviewing functional specs and configurations, managing functional backlog, validating integrations, supporting data migration and compliance, contributing to testing and quarterly updates, and driving innovation. Requires 5-10 years ERP functional experience, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials expertise, understanding of core Finance processes, architectural awareness, integration knowledge, and strong communication skills.
