Full job description

Taboola is hiring a mid-level Account Manager for the Optimise SMB Publishers team based in Gurugram. The role involves managing a large portfolio of global small and medium-sized publisher accounts, focusing on optimizing and growing their revenue through data-driven strategies and consultative sales. Candidates should have 2-4 years of client-facing sales or account management experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points for ad-tech experience and fluency in French or German. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office and benefits including 25 days holiday, health insurance, flexible working, free meals, stock options, and Perkbox.

What you'll do

  • Own a large portfolio of existing global accounts
  • Seek out ways to optimise and grow client revenue
  • Use data and communication skills to explain value proposition of optimisations
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively across 800 clients
  • Identify upsell opportunities using data and analytical mindset
  • Use consultative skills to understand publisher objectives and suggest solutions
  • Identify, pitch and close upsell opportunities at scale
  • Own quarterly revenue and activity targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years client facing experience in sales or account management capacity
  • Data-driven / analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable dealing with ever-evolving situations, processes and product
  • Team player ready to collaborate with a high performing team
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Bonus: Prior experience in or understanding of the ad-tech space
  • Bonus: Fluency in French or German (native or professional level)
