Merkle CXM Denmark is hiring an Operations Manager responsible for staffing and resource planning across all crafts, focusing on offshore and nearshore delivery teams. Reporting to the Operations Team Lead, the role manages daily allocation and availability of teams, coordinating with craft and delivery leads to resolve staffing gaps. Responsibilities include managing FTE allocation, bench management, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding, maintaining tracking spreadsheets, providing staffing input for project hires, negotiating contractor costs, reporting on staffing levels and utilization, and flagging resourcing risks. Requirements include experience in resource planning or operations in professional services or delivery organizations, strong Excel skills, and effective communication. The role is full-time, on-site in Copenhagen, Denmark.
