Operations Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate recurring communication between Operations and Delivery to ensure alignment on upcoming staffing needs
• Attend and support client service and planning meetings, capturing actions and following up on outcomes
• Prepare and distribute regular availability updates to give the wider team visibility on open capacity
• Manage the onboarding process for new team members
• Run regular data quality checks to ensure booking and allocation data is accurate and up to date
• Handle employee lifecycle updates across planning systems — joiners, leavers, role changes, and related administration
• Maintain team structures and resource profiles in internal platforms, ensuring alignment with the wider organisation
• Explore how generative AI tools can reduce manual workload in day-to-day operations
• Test and introduce relevant AI-enhanced workflows to the team
• Contribute to building operational playbooks and SOPs that scale as the team grows

Requirements

• Organised and detail-oriented
• Degree in business or IT or familiarity with IT environments
• Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets and planning platforms
• Clear communicator who can coordinate across teams and follow up without being prompted
• Curious about how things work and motivated to improve processes
• Interest in or experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, AI-enhanced workflows)
• Comfortable with both Danish and English in a professional setting — Danish is required
• Team-oriented mindset
