Office Manager role responsible for daily operations of the Broomfield office, reporting to the Director of Global Facilities. Duties include managing office services such as access cards, snack programs, vendors, facility maintenance, guest access, lunch program, office supplies, cleaning vendors, and security/building systems (HVAC, fire alarms, access control). Maintain seating charts, support office moves, negotiate contracts, and support employee engagement and culture initiatives. Requires 2+ years facilities maintenance experience, supervisory skills, knowledge of HVAC, fire alarms, security systems, strong communication skills, ability to lift 15-40 pounds, and ability to travel if needed. Hybrid schedule with 4 days in-office (Monday-Thursday) and Friday remote. Hourly wage $28-$34 plus equity. Oversee the executive experience for ELT events and Board meetings.
Requirements
Ability to relate to officials, staff, and the public in a courteous manner. A people person.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 40 pounds.
Required to work in a supervisory capacity with custodial and security staff and possess a basic working knowledge of HVAC, fire alarms, and other life safety systems, and security systems.
Strong written communication skills to scribe precise specifications for maintenance plans.
2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance with working knowledge of building management, maintenance vendors, and maintenance budgets/costs.
Ability to travel if needed.
