This on-site full-time junior office management role in London involves managing daily office operations, front desk duties, facilities maintenance, event planning, and administrative support. Experience in office management, front office operations, or a similar administrative role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interfacing with employees at all levels, vendors, and visitors
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and independently
High attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the big picture
Proactive, self-directed mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Collaborative team player with a professional and welcoming demeanor
A genuine passion for people and workplace culture, with ideas and enthusiasm for making the office a great place to work
