Full job description
Teads is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its New York City office. The role includes managing facilities, workplace operations, employee experience, events, executive support, vendor relationships, budgets, and office administration. Responsibilities include maintaining office functionality and safety, coordinating access and security, managing seating and space planning, leading office improvement projects, and serving as the primary escalation point for office issues. The Office Manager will create a welcoming environment, plan employee events, manage catering and supplies, support executive leadership onsite, coordinate meetings and events logistics, and manage budgets and vendor contracts. Candidates should have significant office and facilities management experience, strong organizational and operational skills, an ownership mentality, and the ability to interact professionally with senior executives and external partners. The position is full-time, on-site in New York City, with a salary range of $65,000 to $90,000 annually plus benefits.
