Epsilon seeks an Associate, Business Systems Analyst to support software development lifecycle activities such as requirement gathering, documentation, design support, and testing. The role involves learning and working with marketing technology platforms including campaign management tools, business intelligence tools, data warehousing, and customer data platforms. The analyst will act as a liaison between clients and delivery teams, ensuring data quality and integration. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the Boston office. Candidates should have 0-1 years experience, preferably with a degree in Information Systems Management or related field, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong communication skills.
