Senior Account Strategist role focused on new business in performance media. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, aligning business objectives with Criteo’s capabilities, optimizing campaign performance, identifying upsell opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with sales and internal teams. What you'll do

  • Act as primary strategic partner for new clients during onboarding
  • Guide clients through initial setup and align business objectives with Criteo’s capabilities
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow portfolio
  • Visit clients on-site, deliver presentations, and lead business reviews
  • Own and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with UKI Sales team to shape proposals for key prospects
  • Work cross-functionally with Technical, Analytics, Product, GTM teams to address client needs

Requirements

  • Native or near-native English proficiency
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or account management
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel strategies and digital media ecosystems
  • Passion for measurement and data-driven decision-making
  • Understanding of measurement frameworks such as attribution and incrementality
  • Comfortable leading high-level strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Self-driven and highly motivated
  • Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
