New Business Finance Enablement (NBFE) is part of Criteo Finance, supporting new products, non-standard commercial deals and strategic partnerships. The role advises Product and Commercial teams on scalable finance structures, ensures Finance readiness from Alpha/Beta through GA and scaling, drives standardization of recurring patterns, and improves governance including finance review gates and KPIs. Responsibilities include representing Finance in cross-functional squads, leading Finance Viability assessments, translating Finance requirements for Product and IIT, steering products through go-live and hypercare, identifying standard enablers for reuse, refining governance processes, documenting Finance roles and controls, and managing stakeholder communication. Requires 5+ years experience in Finance, Consulting, Audit or Project/Program Management with strong Finance background including order-to-cash, revenue recognition, tax, and legal considerations. Skills needed include project/program management, Agile experience, business and systems acumen with ERP, Salesforce and BI tools, advanced analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English. The position is full-time, senior level, hybrid working model, located in Barcelona, Spain.

Act as trusted counterpart for Product Managers, Commercial leaders and Finance stakeholders
Prepare and run Finance and cross-functional workshops
Communicate status, risks, dependencies and decisions to managers, finance leadership, impacted teams and stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Consulting, Audit and/or Project/Program Management
Strong Finance background, ideally with exposure to Order-to-Cash processes (billing, collections, reporting)
Experience with revenue recognition and margin / cost allocation topics
Knowledge of tax and legal entity considerations
Experience in AdTech or digital platforms is a strong plus
Solid project / program management skills including planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, RAID tracking
Experience with Agile environments
Strong business and systems acumen, comfortable working functionally with ERP/billing, Salesforce and BI/reporting tools
Ability to translate business requirements into system and data implications
Advanced analytical skills to understand complex commercial models, simulate financial impacts and challenge business cases
Proven ability to drive end-to-end process views and lead complex business model implementations
Coordination skills across Commercial, Product, Finance and Technology teams
Communication and influencing / negotiation skills including with senior stakeholders
Comfortable preparing and presenting materials for Executive-level audiences
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
