Full job description

Adsmurai is seeking a New Business Executive for their Latam Sales team based in Chapinero, Bogotá, Colombia. The role requires over 2 years of experience in commercial prospecting using LinkedIn, email, and cold calls. Candidates must be proactive, autonomous, results-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include identifying and managing commercial opportunities, generating meetings for senior sales, conducting market research, maintaining prospect databases, supporting meeting preparations, and pipeline follow-up. Experience with CRM and pipeline management is required. The position offers a full-time indefinite contract with a hybrid work model (3 days remote), 15 vacation days plus additional days per year of seniority, birthday day off, training and career growth opportunities, English classes, gym agreements, connectivity subsidy, and private health insurance after six months.

What you'll do

  • Identify, contact and manage commercial opportunities (Tier 3 and Tier 4)
  • Daily prospecting via LinkedIn, email and cold calls
  • Generate commercial meetings for senior sales team
  • Conduct market and target account research
  • Build and maintain prospect databases
  • Support preparation of materials for commercial meetings
  • Constantly follow up on opportunity pipeline
  • Collaborate with New Business team to advance opportunities
  • Analyze companies, compare business models and evaluate direct and indirect competition

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience in commercial prospecting (LinkedIn, email, cold calls)
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with clients from scratch
  • Excellent communication and commercial focus
  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented
  • Interest in digital marketing, paid media or technology
  • Ability to research accounts, identify decision makers and build databases
  • Experience or knowledge in CRM management and pipeline follow-up
  • Ability to analyze and compare business models and perform benchmarking of direct and indirect competitors
  • Good level of English (oral and written)
  • Experience in technology and marketing companies is a plus
