Full job description
Teads is seeking a NetSuite Functional Lead to architect and lead the global ERP ecosystem. Responsibilities include leading functional setup of NetSuite OneWorld for new subsidiaries, managing data migrations from legacy systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, providing expert-level support for complex issues, designing SuiteFlows and Saved Searches to automate Finance and Operations, and leveraging AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to enhance system configuration, documentation, and data analysis. Candidates must have 5+ years of functional NetSuite experience with at least 3 full-lifecycle global rollouts, expert knowledge of OneWorld, ARM, and Fixed Assets, demonstrated AI tool proficiency, ability to work independently, and professional English skills. The role is full-time, hybrid, and based in Gurugram, India.
What you'll do
- Lead the functional setup of NetSuite OneWorld for new subsidiaries including Tax Nexuses, Multi-currency, and localized Chart of Accounts
- Map and execute data migrations from legacy systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) to NetSuite with 100% data integrity
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex functional issues (Level 3 support), minimizing need for external consultants
- Design and build advanced SuiteFlows and Saved Searches to eliminate manual bottlenecks in Finance and Operations
- Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate creation of functional requirements, automate system documentation, and perform advanced data analysis
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with NetSuite
- At least 3 full-lifecycle global rollouts experience
- Expert-level knowledge of OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Fixed Assets
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to optimize ERP workflows, write documentation, or analyze large datasets
- Proven ability to manage complex functional tasks independently without a dedicated Project Manager
- Professional-level English for direct reporting to the Corporate Director
