Full job description
Teads is seeking a NetSuite Functional Lead to architect and lead the functional execution of global ERP rollouts and provide expert-level support. Responsibilities include leading NetSuite OneWorld setup for new subsidiaries, managing data migrations from legacy systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 with full data integrity, serving as the final escalation point for complex functional issues, designing advanced SuiteFlows and Saved Searches to automate finance and operations workflows, and leveraging AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to accelerate functional requirements creation, documentation, and data analysis. Candidates must have 5+ years of functional NetSuite experience including at least 3 full-lifecycle global rollouts, expert knowledge of OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management, and Fixed Assets, demonstrated AI tool proficiency, ability to work independently without a dedicated Project Manager, and professional-level English. The role is full-time with a hybrid work model based in Montpellier, France.
What you'll do
- Lead the functional setup of NetSuite OneWorld for new subsidiaries including Tax Nexuses, Multi-currency, and localized Chart of Accounts
- Map and execute data migrations from legacy systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) to NetSuite ensuring 100% data integrity
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex functional issues, reducing reliance on external consultants
- Design and build advanced SuiteFlows and Saved Searches to eliminate manual bottlenecks in Finance and Operations
- Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate creation of functional requirements, automate system documentation, and perform advanced data analysis
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with NetSuite
- At least 3 full-lifecycle global rollouts experience
- Expert-level knowledge of OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Fixed Assets
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to optimize ERP workflows, write documentation, or analyze large datasets
- Proven ability to manage complex functional tasks independently without a dedicated Project Manager
- Professional-level English for direct reporting to the Corporate Director
