Full job description
Refinery89 is seeking a Mobile AdTech Operations Specialist to support onboarding mobile publishers, mediation and demand partner integrations, ad inventory configuration, and operational rollout of mobile monetization solutions. The role requires coordinating onboarding processes, managing mediation settings, supporting SDK and demand partner operations, conducting rollout testing, and maintaining documentation. Candidates must have professional fluency in English, previous AdTech experience, strong operational and project coordination skills, and experience with mobile app monetization. Preferred experience includes platforms such as Google Ad Manager, AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, InMobi, and IronSource, as well as knowledge of mobile mediation ecosystems, SDK bidder onboarding, RTB, open bidding, and waterfall mediation setups. The position is remote and full-time.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the onboarding of new mobile apps and publishers into the mediation ecosystem
- Guide publishers through onboarding requirements and implementation processes
- Act as a central operational point of contact during integration and rollout phases
- Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of implementation milestones
- Configure and manage ad units, placements, line items, and mediation settings
- Support the setup and optimization of mediation configurations across publisher accounts
- Assist with demand partner activation and bidder onboarding processes
- Maintain operational consistency across multiple publisher implementations
- Coordinate SDK onboarding activities with publishers and internal stakeholders
- Support integrations involving SDK bidders, mediation partners, and demand sources
- Assist with demand partner configuration, testing, and validation processes
- Ensure implementation requirements are completed accurately and efficiently
- Support rollout testing activities for newly onboarded publishers and applications
- Identify, document, and track onboarding or implementation issues
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot configuration and setup challenges
- Validate successful deployment and operational readiness before launch
- Maintain onboarding trackers, rollout dashboards, and operational records
- Create and update onboarding documentation and internal process guidelines
- Support the development of scalable operational workflows for the mobile monetization business
- Contribute to continuous improvements in onboarding efficiency and operational quality
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in the AdTech industry
- Previous experience in Mobile AdTech, Ad Operations, Monetization Operations, or a related field
- Strong operational and project coordination skills
- Experience working with mobile app publishers or app monetization environments
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
