Full job description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in client services or account management within advertising or marketing, with knowledge of digital and multi-channel marketing, campaign management, and operations management. The Account Manager coordinates deliverables across teams, manages client communications, and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred. The position is full-time, remote based in Colorado, with a salary range of $68,000 to $110,400. What you'll do

  • Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients
  • Daily contact with clients and internal SMEs
  • Ensure quality of client deliverables from various business units
  • Day-to-day execution of clients' marketing strategies
  • Coordinate and integrate all pieces to deliver high quality work on budget and on time
  • Serve as key point person for deliverables for internal teams and clients
  • Ensure marketing and support activities are executed timely and efficiently
  • Lead status calls and manage campaign traffic and resource capacity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in client services/account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department
  • Working knowledge of online and offline creative development and production
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in multi-channel/integrated marketing
  • Experience in campaign management of large, complex email initiatives
  • Operations management experience including leading status calls and traffic management of campaigns and resource capacity
  • Relationship/client management skills
  • Accountability, attention to detail, decisiveness, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to think operationally and strategically; analyze issues and use sound judgment
  • Experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
