Kargo is hiring a mid-level Media Strategist for a hybrid role (4 days onsite) in New York, NY. The role involves creating insight-driven proposals, sales collateral, and learning agendas to support sales teams in winning advertiser business. Responsibilities include building strong RFP responses, maintaining sales materials, designing measurement plans, translating product knowledge into sales narratives, and proactively developing outbound materials. Candidates must have 3+ years experience in media, advertising, or marketing, advanced skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, strong written communication, and knowledge of digital advertising. Preferred experience includes familiarity with third-party research vendors and supporting sales or client-facing teams in fast-paced media or ad tech environments. Salary range is $74,000 to $78,000 USD plus variable compensation.
