Full job description

Tatari is hiring a Media Coordinator to join the Media Ops team. The role involves mastering Tatari’s proprietary backend media operations systems and supporting the Revenue team with daily operational tasks such as coordinating creative deliveries with vendors, receiving weekly airing information from network partners, and maintaining accurate data in the system. Additional responsibilities include handling ad hoc requests like network S&P approval, data ingestion error resolution, and inventory catalog maintenance. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree, intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills including pivot tables and VLookUps, familiarity with macros, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a desire to learn AI technologies. Bonus points for experience with macros and Python coding. The position is full-time, junior level, hybrid with 2 days per week in office in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually with equity and benefits including health insurance, 401K, FSA, commuter benefits, education stipend, unlimited PTO, wellness days, and office perks.
