Tatari is seeking a Media Coordinator to join the Media Ops team. The role involves managing day-to-day media operations using Tatari’s proprietary backend systems, coordinating with vendors and network partners, handling data ingestion errors, maintaining inventory catalogs, and implementing process improvements including automation. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills including pivot tables and VLookUps, familiarity with macros, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a desire to learn AI technologies. Experience with writing macros and Python is a bonus. The position is full-time, hybrid with 2 days per week in office, located in San Francisco, CA. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually plus equity and benefits including health insurance, 401K, education benefits, unlimited PTO, and wellness days.
