Full job description

Tatari is hiring a Media Coordinator to join the Media Operations department. The role involves mastering Tatari’s proprietary backend media systems, collaborating with the Revenue team to complete daily operational tasks, coordinating with vendors and network partners, ensuring data accuracy, handling ad hoc requests, and improving processes through automation. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills including pivot tables and VLookUps, familiarity with macros, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a desire to learn AI. Python and macro coding experience is a plus. The position is full-time, hybrid with 2 days in-office per week, based in New York, NY. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 plus equity and benefits including health insurance, 401K, education stipend, unlimited PTO, and wellness days.

What you'll do

  • Become an expert in Tatari’s proprietary backend media operations systems
  • Work with the Revenue team and ensure all day-to-day operational tasks are completed correctly and timely
  • Work with vendors to ensure proper execution of creative deliveries
  • Work with network partners to receive weekly airing information
  • Ensure that all information are accurate in Tatari’s proprietary backend system
  • Work on ad hoc requests from the Revenue and Platform teams including network S&P approval process and communication
  • Handle data ingestion errors
  • Maintain Inventory Catalog
  • Identify and implement process improvements including automation of tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Google Sheets)
  • Experience creating pivot tables, VLookUps and advanced functions and techniques for working with simple data sets
  • Familiarity with macros
  • Detail oriented, ability to juggle competing priorities and always follow through
  • A self-starter and driven with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Curiosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AI
  • Bonus: experience with writing Macros and Python coding
