Full job description

Tatari is seeking a Media Coordinator to join the Media Operations department. The role involves becoming an expert in Tatari’s proprietary backend media operations systems and working with the Revenue team to complete daily operational tasks such as coordinating with vendors for creative deliveries, receiving weekly airing information from network partners, and ensuring data accuracy. Additional responsibilities include handling ad hoc requests like network S&P approval, data ingestion error handling, maintaining the Inventory Catalog, and implementing process improvements including automation. Requirements include a bachelor's degree, intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLookUps, macros), attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn AI technologies. Python and macro coding experience is a bonus. What you'll do

  • Become an expert in Tatari’s proprietary backend media operations systems
  • Work with the Revenue team and ensure all day-to-day operational tasks are completed correctly and timely, including working with vendors to ensure proper execution of creative deliveries
  • Work with network partners to receive weekly airing information
  • Ensure that all information are accurate in Tatari’s proprietary backend system
  • Work on ad hoc requests from the Revenue and Platform teams, including network S&P approval process and communication
  • Handle data ingestion errors
  • Maintain Inventory Catalog
  • Identify and implement process improvements including automation of tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Google Sheets)
  • Experience creating pivot tables, VLookUps and advanced functions and techniques for working with simple data sets
  • Familiarity with macros
  • Detail oriented, ability to juggle competing priorities and always follow through
  • A self-starter and driven with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Curiosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AI
  • Bonus: experience with writing Macros and Python coding
