Full job description

Tatari is seeking a Media Manager to join the Agency team. The role involves planning and executing linear TV and streaming media buys, optimizing campaigns using real-time data, and partnering with client teams to provide actionable recommendations. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in TV and video media buying and planning, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position requires proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to quickly learn proprietary tools. Benefits include total compensation of $70,000-90,000, equity, health insurance, 401K, FSA, commuter benefits, education allowance, unlimited PTO, and a hybrid work schedule with 2 days per week in office.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute linear TV and streaming buys across national, local, cable, CTV, and premium inventory
  • Optimize campaigns using real-time data from Tatari’s platform
  • Monitor performance, inventory clearance, audience trends, and competitive landscape
  • Partner with client management teams to translate performance insights into recommendations
  • Lead client conversations and present strategic recommendations
  • Source and negotiate unique buying opportunities including discounted inventory, custom client packages, and upfront deals

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in TV and video media buying and planning
  • Programmatic or platform trading experience is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the TV and streaming landscape, including networks, publishers, programming, and the media calendar
  • Proven success scaling TV campaigns using performance KPIs
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and integration of TV, programmatic, data, and measurement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to combine data-driven analysis and strategic storytelling
  • Comfortable learning new technologies quickly
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience working with measurement tools, performance data, and reporting
