Full job description

Media Development Representative (MDR) role managing and expanding relationships with publishers and supply-side platforms to drive revenue growth and product adoption. Responsibilities include owning a portfolio of publisher and SSP partners, serving as primary contact, responding to inquiries, providing reporting and data analysis, collaborating cross-functionally to streamline onboarding and integrations, developing upsell opportunities, analyzing account performance and market trends, providing technical guidance, coordinating with Product and Engineering teams, and delivering presentations. Requires 1+ years programmatic AdTech experience at DSP, SSP, or publisher, bachelor's degree or equivalent, proficiency in Excel, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, data-driven approach, and experience with SQL and advanced computer skills. Salary range $55,400 to $102,800 annually. Locations: Chicago, Illinois; Westminster, Colorado; Irving, Texas.

What you'll do

  • Manage and expand relationships with publishers and supply-side platforms
  • Drive revenue growth and product adoption across Epsilon’s supply-side product suite
  • Own a portfolio of publisher and SSP partners with defined revenue and growth objectives
  • Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned publisher accounts
  • Respond to inquiries, provide reporting, and conduct data analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline onboarding, integrations, and ongoing operations
  • Surface and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Analyze account performance and market trends, develop and implement action plans
  • Provide technical guidance to support partner onboarding and integrations
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues and enable new features
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and recommendations to partners and internal teams

Requirements

  • 1+ years of programmatic AdTech experience at a DSP, SSP, or publisher
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, computer science, or related field — or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficient in Excel with strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and results-oriented approach
  • Data-driven and proactive approach
  • Comfortable working across multiple internal teams
  • Advanced computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, internet)
  • Experience with SQL
