The Marketplace Operations Team supports end-to-end campaign execution and operational support across Demand and Supply. Responsibilities include deal creation, optimization, troubleshooting, tag generation, QA, creative validation, publisher onboarding, inventory support, issue resolution, campaign quality assurance, performance monitoring, and wrap-up reporting. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Technical Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Client Services teams. The position focuses on operational excellence through process standardization, automation, documentation, and continuous improvement, leveraging AI and workflow automation to enhance efficiency and scalability. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, 3-5 years experience in AdTech or related industries, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and preferred experience with DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers, or campaign trafficking. The role is full-time, mid-level, with hybrid work policy requiring presence in Pune office three days per week, working EST shift hours (5:30 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST Monday–Friday).
