Full job description

Quantcast is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist responsible for managing daily marketing automation tasks in Marketo, ensuring lead accountability and routing accuracy, maintaining data hygiene and compliance, creating and maintaining web assets, managing the marketing team's Asana dashboard, and assisting with reporting and AI workflow implementation. The role requires 2-3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms, familiarity with Salesforce, strong attention to detail, persistence in ensuring sales follow-up, and a process-oriented mindset. The position offers a hybrid work model based in Toronto, a competitive salary range of CAD 83,820 - 97,460, performance bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

What you'll do

  • Manage daily operations within Marketo including building and launching email marketing programs, manual list uploads, and maintaining automated nurturing flows
  • Communicate daily with Sales and SDR teams to ensure immediate follow-ups on high-intent inbound leads
  • Monitor inbound lead flow to identify and fix routing errors and ensure data completeness before leads reach Sales
  • Maintain database health and consent compliance (CASL/GDPR), manage UTM parameters on web forms and sync to CRM
  • Create and maintain landing pages on Builder.io and web forms on Marketo ensuring tracking codes and UTM sources function correctly
  • Manage marketing team’s Asana dashboard including task setup, timeline management, and deadline tracking
  • Assist with manual report building, list creation, and implementation of internal AI workflows to streamline operations

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Hands-on experience running email programs, uploading lists, and pulling reports within Marketo or similar enterprise-level platform
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and understanding of lead status and data flow
  • Persistence and accountability to ensure sales team follow-up on leads
  • Attention to detail to identify and fix routing errors, missing UTM parameters, and duplicate records
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and documentation
  • Bonus: experience in Media / Advertising Technology
