Full job description

Marketing Manager role on Geo Marketing Team based in Beijing or Shenzhen. Requires 3+ years B2B marketing or event strategy experience, expertise in China digital advertising and e-commerce, fluency in Mandarin and English, and strong project management skills. Responsibilities include developing China growth strategy, leading joint events with partners, managing KOL relationships, driving brand awareness, and localizing sales content. What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop and execute localized marketing roadmap for China growth
  • Lead strategic planning and execution of joint events with agencies and industry partners
  • Own presence at major summits such as ChinaJoy and GTC
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with third-party partners and KOLs for co-marketing activities
  • Develop creative marketing initiatives including influencer collaborations to strengthen Realize brand
  • Design and execute customer retention programs including client entertainment and gifting initiatives
  • Localize and optimize sales presentations, vertical-specific content, and market insights for Chinese market

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading B2B marketing or event strategies in corporate marketing or agency environment
  • Expertise in China digital advertising and e-commerce landscape
  • Deep understanding of local agency ecosystem and partner marketing dynamics
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • Ability to localize global product narratives into Simplified Chinese sales materials and case studies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of multi-channel marketing including offline events, account-based marketing (ABM), and partner-led initiatives
  • Exceptional project management skills to lead complex, multi-stakeholder events
