Full job description

Marketing Manager role in Taipei for Taboola's Geo Marketing Team. Requires 5+ years B2B marketing experience with 2-3 years in field marketing. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies for Taiwan and Hong Kong, managing events, PR, content, social media, and customer retention activities. Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, proficient in Traditional Chinese writing, and familiar with digital advertising and e-commerce in the Chinese market. Requires strong project management skills and ability to work autonomously. Quarterly travel between Hong Kong and Taiwan is required. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy for Taiwan and Hong Kong
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to drive business growth and ROI
  • Own hosted and sponsored industry events including coordination and content creation
  • Plan and execute customer retention activities
  • Generate data-driven insights for public speaking, white papers, and sales collateral
  • Build and maintain relationships with tier-1 media and manage PR article production
  • Manage social media channels and create/distribute engaging content
  • Curate video content to increase brand awareness in Greater China
  • Localize and adapt marketing materials into Traditional Chinese

Requirements

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with 2-3 years in field marketing roles
  • Experience owning and executing end-to-end marketing strategies
  • Thorough understanding of offline and online marketing channels including event marketing, content marketing, PR, influencer marketing
  • Strong Traditional Chinese writing proficiency
  • Willingness to leverage AI tools for content production
  • Understanding of digital advertising and e-commerce terminology in the Chinese market
  • Exceptional project and time management skills
  • Ability to independently execute complex marketing events
  • Collaborate closely with Country Managers and Regional Sales Directors
  • Comfortable working autonomously in an international environment
  • Experience developing data-driven content and analyzing insights
  • Willingness to travel between Hong Kong and Taiwan quarterly
