Full job description

Manage CRM campaigns and customer journeys across Primo’s brands. Maintain CRM calendar and align messaging with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives. Collaborate with brand teams to ensure content compliance and engagement. Monitor CRM KPIs and optimize performance. Oversee Rewards Drop loyalty program, manage digital promotions, and track loyalty metrics. Support execution of sweepstakes across digital channels, ensuring regulatory compliance. Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and company policies. Requires 3-5 years digital marketing experience with CRM, loyalty, or promotional campaign management, strong project management, analytical skills, and communication abilities.

What you'll do

  • Manage the planning of CRM campaigns across Primo’s portfolio of brands
  • Develop and manage customer journeys to deliver personalized and relevant content
  • Maintain the CRM calendar, aligning messaging across campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives
  • Collaborate with brand teams to ensure content reflects brand voice, drives engagement, and complies with legal and privacy requirements
  • Monitor CRM KPIs (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and provide actionable insights to improve performance
  • Oversee day-to-day management of Rewards Drop loyalty program, ensuring seamless user experience and tracking bug fixes
  • Manage execution of digital promotions to increase member enrollment, retention, and engagement
  • Partner with agency team to track loyalty performance metrics
  • Manage routing and approvals of new rewards quarterly with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support execution of national and regional sweepstakes across digital channels
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate sweepstakes and promotions collateral
  • Coordinate post promotion wrap report with cross-functional teams
  • Assist Associate Director of Strategy and Activation as a connector between brand marketing, creative, legal, analytics, and external partners
  • Manage vendor relationships for CRM platforms, loyalty technologies, and sweepstakes administration
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and company policies

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with CRM, loyalty, or promotional campaign management
  • Proven experience driving first-party data growth through multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Solid grasp of email marketing best practices, data privacy laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for measuring performance and optimizing strategies based on insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and with external partners
