Full job description

Liftoff seeks a Marketing Associate for a 1-year contract role, hybrid with 3 days onsite in Beijing (Guomao). Responsibilities include executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social channels (WeChat), developing social media strategy, measuring marketing impact, supporting events, collaborating with APAC sales teams, and completing routine marketing tasks. Requirements: 2+ years marketing experience, strong communication in Mandarin and English, familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot, SEO/SEM experience a plus, organized, accountable, and team-oriented. Salary range: 10000-15000 RMB/month pre-tax.

What you'll do

  • Execute and support digital marketing campaigns that engage prospects, customers, and partners to drive MQL pipeline and revenue growth
  • Manage social channels including WeChat
  • Develop and execute social media strategy including promotion of organic content and brand amplification
  • Gather feedback, measure, and report on marketing activity impact
  • Support online and in-person events such as webinars, trade shows, dinners, and happy hours
  • Work closely with APAC sales teams to prepare for marketing events and complete post-event reporting
  • Complete routine tasks such as shipping, swag organization, and event registration

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Knowledge of the latest best practices, tools, and trends on social media platforms is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Experience with various marketing activities is a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Great sense of accountability and delivery on deadlines
  • A team player with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
  • SEO/SEM experience is a plus
