Full job description
The Marketing Analytics Analyst supports marketing performance reporting, campaign measurement, and insight development. Responsibilities include building and maintaining campaign reports and dashboards using Salesforce and analytics tools, documenting measurement plans, analyzing campaign performance, assisting with lead tracking and ROI measurement, supporting third-party campaign reporting, performing data validation, maintaining documentation, creating presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requires 4 years of experience in analytics or related fields, knowledge of digital marketing metrics, proficiency in Salesforce CRM reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Tableau or Power BI. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
What you'll do
- Build, refresh, and quality-check recurring campaign reports and dashboards using Salesforce data and approved analytics tools
- Support measurement plans by documenting campaign objectives, KPIs, data sources, and reporting requirements
