Full job description

Managing Director role at Merkle Sweden responsible for leading and growing the CXM business. Full accountability for business performance, strategic direction, and long-term growth. Reporting to the CEO of dentsu Sweden. Responsibilities include owning business strategy, growth, and P&L; leading client relationships and strategic account development; building pipeline and new business; leading transformation of capabilities and services; inspiring a high performing organization; collaborating across media, creative, and CXM for integrated client solutions; positioning the organization as a leader in CXM, digital transformation, and data-driven marketing; and acting as a brand ambassador. Requirements include senior commercial leadership with strong P&L experience, deep CXM knowledge, ability to engage at C-level, international experience, matrix organization experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English and Swedish. Permanent full-time position based in Stockholm with a 6 month probation period.

What you'll do

  • Own the overall business strategy, growth, and P&L

Requirements

  • Strong P&L experience
  • Deep understanding of Customer Experience Management (CXM)
  • Experience engaging at C-level
  • International experience
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish
