Full job description
Taboola is seeking a Managing Director - EMEA Publishers to lead and grow the publisher business across EMEA. This full-time director-level role requires ownership of P&L, commercial strategy, and leadership of a multi-market team. Candidates must have 10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in publisher, supply, media, ad-tech, or platform businesses, with proven P&L ownership at regional scale and experience managing leaders across multiple markets. Responsibilities include driving revenue and profitability, leading sales and account management teams, defining go-to-market strategies, representing Taboola at C-level with partners, and building inclusive, high-performing teams. What you'll do
Full ownership of EMEA publisher revenue and profitability, including new business and growth of existing partnerships
Lead and grow the publisher leadership team across EMEA markets, and the sales and account-management teams beneath them

Proven track record of senior commercial leadership in publisher or supply, media, ad-tech or a platform business
Track record of owning a P&L or revenue number at regional scale
Experience leading leaders and managing managers across multiple markets
Strong deal-maker with credible C-level relationships
Both strategic and operational: ability to build playbooks and scale teams
People-first leader who builds inclusive, high-performing cultures
EMEA multi-market experience, comfortable in a matrixed, international organisation
Excellent communication skills in English; another European language (French, Spanish, Italian, German) or Hebrew a plus
Ability to drive change in a fluid environment and successfully build and scale without historical blueprints
