Full job description

Lead a team of data scientists delivering high-impact analytical solutions for client engagements. Own project delivery, guide methodology, ensure quality, and elevate client impact through insights and advanced analytics. Develop and mentor analytics professionals. Build and maintain analytics tools. Translate business objectives into analysis plans and present data-driven results. Act as SME on product enhancements and reporting. Requires 12+ years experience, strong SQL and Python skills, familiarity with R, SAS, AI tools, and digital measurement tools (Google DCM, Google Analytics, Adobe). Knowledge of online advertising, marketing measurement solutions, and predictive modeling techniques. Experience in media agency, publisher, or MarTech/AdTech environments preferred. Comfortable with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, and data platforms such as DataBricks, PSQL, BigQuery, AWS Redshift.

What you'll do

  • Lead a team providing performance measurement and actionable insights for client program optimization
  • Build and maintain analytics tools with minimal supervision
  • Proactively identify opportunities for novel analysis and new measurement methods
  • Mentor, coach and develop a team of technically savvy analytics professionals
  • Translate complex business objectives into analysis plans and present clear, data-driven stories
  • Act as subject matter expert on product enhancements and scalable reporting for internal teams
  • Own project delivery, guide methodological choices, ensure quality, and elevate client impact through insights and advanced analytical methods
  • Develop a high-performing analytics team recognized for analytical skills and problem-solving
  • Serve as center of excellence for management and evolution of digital media measurement and performance platform
  • Partner in identification and building of analytical tools to expand Account Analytics and company capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, economics, marketing, mathematics, statistics or related disciplines
  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • SQL and Python programming experience
  • Familiarity with other data tools (e.g., R, SAS) is a plus
  • Experience managing and developing analytics professionals of all levels
  • Exposure to direct marketing analytics preferred
  • Ability to present and tell data stories to diverse groups
  • Knowledge of online advertising methods including remarketing and behavioral targeting
  • Experience with digital measurement and reporting tools like Google DCM, Google Analytics, Adobe
  • Understanding of MarTech and AdTech competitive landscape
  • Understanding of marketing measurement solutions (e.g. Media Mix Models, Fractional Attribution)
  • Experience working at media agency, media publisher or MarTech/AdTech company
  • Experience with standard industry data tools (DataBricks, PSQL, BigQuery, AWS Redshift)
  • Comfortable with BI/Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Understanding of predictive modeling techniques
