Full job description

Lead and develop a Talent Acquisition team to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business needs. Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas, partnering with Hiring Managers and HRBPs. Drive innovation in sourcing, hiring, and employer branding. Track recruitment metrics and contribute to TA projects including ATS implementation. Requirements include proven TA experience, leadership skills, stakeholder management, process design, data-driven decision making, excellent communication, and fluency in English. Salary range 3900-4500 EUR gross/month. Location: Vilnius, Lithuania.

What you'll do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of TA Partners and Specialists
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple business areas
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define hiring needs
  • Ensure high-quality recruitment processes including sourcing strategy, pipeline management, interview standards, and reporting
  • Drive innovation within TA function leveraging new tools and AI capabilities
  • Strengthen employer branding in partnership with internal stakeholders and HR team
  • Contribute to cross-functional TA projects such as process optimization, new ATS implementation, referrals, and hiring manager training
  • Track recruitment metrics and market trends to improve efficiency and hiring quality

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition including full cycle recruitment for multiple business areas
  • Tech and/or international recruitment experience is a strong plus
  • Leadership experience with ability to coach, inspire, and develop a team
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across regions and functions
  • Ability to design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes
  • Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with Hiring Managers
  • Proactive, growth oriented mindset and readiness to positively challenge the status quo
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
