Full job description
Epsilon Automotive Practice seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams in designing, building, and operating scalable, cloud-native microservices platforms on the Microsoft ecosystem. The role involves full ownership of integration solutions, architectural leadership, and people management. Responsibilities include mentoring teams, guiding technical decisions, fostering agile and DevOps practices, defining integration strategies, promoting innovation and automation, and collaborating with global leaders. Candidates must have 13+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in management, strong experience in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Web API, front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue, ASP.NET MVC), cloud-native architectures, integration patterns, middleware tools (Kafka, RMQ), relational databases (SQL Server), Agile methodologies, and version control. Exposure to GenAI or AI-driven development is required. The role is based in Bengaluru, India.
