Full job description

InMobi Advertising seeks a mid-level product professional to lead finance process re-engineering and adoption. Responsibilities include conducting sessions with finance owners, mapping current processes to identify improvements, defining scalable future state architectures, and translating these into requirements for product and engineering teams. The role involves tracking adoption post go-live, driving behavioral change, and defining metrics to measure transformation outcomes. Candidates must have finance domain fluency, structured thinking, curiosity for process improvement, ability to finish projects, and act as a translator between finance and technology. Comfort using AI tools in daily work is required. Location: Bangalore, India. Full-time position.

What you'll do

  • Conduct structured working sessions with finance function owners
  • Map current state finance processes to identify eliminations, redesigns, or automation opportunities
  • Define future state modular and scalable process architecture
  • Translate process designs into clear requirements for product and engineering teams
  • Own adoption loop post module go-live and track system usage
  • Work with finance owners to drive behavioral and system change
  • Define and track module-level metrics to measure transformation outcomes
  • Operate as a structured partner to finance function owners with accountability
  • Coordinate closely with CIO organization to build outcome-driven systems

Requirements

  • Finance domain fluency including transaction processing, period close, reporting, compliance, business finance, FP&A
  • Curiosity to challenge existing processes and find better ways
  • Structured thinking to analyze complex, undocumented processes
  • Ability to finish projects and track adoption post go-live
  • Ability to translate between finance and technology teams
  • Comfort using AI as an active tool in daily work
