Full job description

The role involves re-engineering finance processes by conducting sessions with finance owners, mapping current processes to identify improvements, defining scalable future state processes, and translating these into requirements for product and engineering teams. The candidate will own adoption tracking post-implementation, work closely with finance owners to drive behavioral and system changes, define metrics to measure outcomes, and partner with the CIO organization to build effective systems. Requirements include finance domain fluency, curiosity to improve processes, structured thinking, ability to complete projects and track adoption, translation skills between finance and technology, and comfort using AI tools in daily work. The position is full-time based in Bangalore.
