illumin is hiring a Manager, Revenue Operations reporting to the COO to drive operational excellence across the revenue organization. This full-time hybrid role requires working three days per week onsite in Toronto. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to improve revenue performance, evaluating and improving revenue lifecycle processes, owning Salesforce and related systems, defining requirements for technical solutions, and driving continuous operational improvements. Candidates must have 5-10 years experience in Revenue Operations or similar roles within SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven environments, strong Salesforce expertise, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 plus bonus.
