illumin is hiring a Manager, Revenue Operations reporting to the COO to drive operational excellence across the revenue organization. This hybrid role requires working three days per week on-site in Toronto. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to improve revenue performance, structuring and scaling revenue operations, owning Salesforce and related systems, defining requirements, recommending improvements, and driving execution and continuous improvement. Candidates must have 5-10 years experience in Revenue Operations or similar roles in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven environments, strong Salesforce expertise, analytical and commercial acumen, a proactive mindset, and adaptability to fast-moving environments. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 plus bonus.
