Kargo is hiring a Publisher Partnerships Manager to manage and grow revenue for premium digital media partners. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 4 days per week in New York. Responsibilities include monitoring account performance, driving publisher retention and growth, delivering quarterly business reviews, troubleshooting supply-side technical issues, onboarding new publishers, generating actionable reports, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should have 3-4 years experience in a publisher-facing role at an SSP, DSP, or ad tech platform, strong programmatic knowledge including header bidding, VAST, OpenRTB, or Amazon TAM, proficiency in Excel, strong communication skills, and technical troubleshooting ability. Preferred candidates have an existing book of publisher relationships and onboarding experience. Salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 USD plus variable compensation.
