Full job description

InMobi Advertising seeks a Publisher Growth & Monetization Manager to optimize revenue across the ads ecosystem. The role combines analytics, product, and sales to diagnose and execute monetization opportunities. Responsibilities include advising on revenue growth and ad stack strategy, building growth plans, identifying new opportunities, managing monetization strategies using Google Ad Manager, AdX, and programmatic tools, analyzing revenue drivers, running experiments to maximize yield, monitoring performance metrics, managing client accounts, leading business reviews and negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements include 6-8 years in ad tech or digital advertising, strong analytical skills, experience with Google Ad Manager/AdX/programmatic ecosystem, client management skills, and knowledge of header bidding, yield optimization, and programmatic demand. What you'll do

  • Act as a strategic advisor on revenue growth, inventory strategy, and ad stack evolution
  • Build quarterly growth plans and track execution against revenue targets
  • Identify whitespace opportunities (new formats, geos, demand partnerships)
  • Own end-to-end monetization strategy across Google Ad Manager / AdX / programmatic stack for web and app surfaces
  • Analyze revenue drivers (fill rate, CPMs, demand mix, floor pricing, etc.) and identify optimization levers
  • Run experiments (pricing, formats, demand channels) to maximize yield
  • Monitor performance (RPM, ARPU, latency, viewability, etc.)
  • Translate data into clear narratives for internal and external stakeholders
  • Own a portfolio of accounts with revenue responsibility
  • Lead business reviews, negotiations, and growth conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Work with Product, Engineering, and Demand teams to solve publisher challenges
  • Provide feedback loops to improve product features and monetization tools
  • Partner with internal teams to unlock incremental demand

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in ad tech, digital advertising, or publisher monetization
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, data storytelling)
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager / AdX / programmatic ecosystem
  • Ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue outcomes
  • Prior experience in managing publishers and ad inventory
  • Strong understanding of header bidding / Open Bidding
  • Strong understanding of yield optimization & pricing strategies
  • Strong understanding of programmatic demand landscape
  • Proven track record of growing revenue or managing business targets
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
