Full job description

RTB House is seeking a Team Lead to support, coordinate, and supervise technical support teams across business units. The role involves overseeing the launch and optimization of UK&I advertising campaigns using Real-Time Bidding technology, collaborating with technical departments, developing tools to improve operational efficiency, and engaging with UK clients in meetings and events. Candidates should have at least 4 years in a Team Lead or similar role, about 5 years in digital marketing with a technical focus, knowledge of online campaign management, Firebug, Chrome DevTools, HTML, JavaScript, and Google Analytics 4. The position requires native English proficiency and willingness to travel and work from the London office at least once a week.
