Kargo is hiring a Manager, Media Strategy to create insight-driven proposals and sales collateral that support the sales team. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 4 days per week in New York. Responsibilities include building strong RFP responses, managing Associate Media Strategists, maintaining sales collateral, designing research-backed learning agendas, translating product knowledge into sales narratives, developing outbound materials, and delivering polished work under tight deadlines. Requirements include 4+ years in media, advertising, or marketing, experience managing junior staff, advanced PowerPoint and Google Slides skills, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, strong written communication, knowledge of digital advertising, and preferred experience with third-party research vendors and fast-paced media or ad tech environments. Salary range is $80,000 to $90,000 USD plus variable compensation.
