Full job description
The Manager, Media Quality will manage a team, conduct performance evaluations, and set goals. This senior role involves architecting and implementing automation and analytics solutions, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams. Responsibilities include leading projects from conception to completion, coordinating team efforts, ensuring communication and documentation, and guiding investigations and data analysis. Requires knowledge of digital media ecosystem, publishers, exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, and RTB standards. Must have 5+ years in senior technical roles in digital media, ad tech, or data engineering, expertise in Python, SQL, Javascript, HTML, prompt engineering with AWS and AI/ML frameworks, and experience with automation systems and ad tech transparency standards.
