Requirements

Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance metrics, capital markets, and valuation methodologies
MBA/PGDM (Finance) from a Tier 1 institution, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred
Preference for candidates from Tier 1 institutions (IIMs, ISB, IITs, top global universities, or equivalent premier institutes)
Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial and business information to investors and analysts
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and engage confidently with senior leadership and external stakeholders
