Global HR Operations Specialist role requiring 6+ years experience managing HR operations across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. Responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle operations, ensuring compliance with regional labor laws, maintaining HR databases, coordinating payroll and benefits, supporting HRIS/HRMS systems, generating reports, and driving process improvements. Requires strong knowledge of global HR operations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and experience with HRMS tools such as Darwinbox, Zoho, SuccessFactors, Oracle. Must have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. On-site position based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
What you'll do
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers and offboarding
Ensure seamless execution of HR operational processes with high accuracy, compliance and SLA adherence across multiple countries
