Full job description

The Trade Desk seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Finance EMEA to partner with EMEA sales and commercial leadership. The role involves revenue forecasting, building analytical frameworks for P&L management, developing executive-level financial materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data infrastructure. Candidates should have 6-7+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong strategic thinking, experience with Python and SQL, and excellent communication skills. The position requires working with large datasets and supporting commercial decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis.

What you'll do

  • Act as a trusted finance business partner to EMEA sales and commercial leadership
  • Support and maintain EMEA revenue forecasting with quantitative models and commercial context
  • Build and manage analytical frameworks for EMEA P&L including take-rate monitoring, contra management, OPEX tracking, and headcount planning
  • Lead development of executive-level materials such as weekly revenue commentary, quarterly business reviews, and presentations
  • Partner with Business Strategy & Activation, BI, Systems Engineering, and Data teams to improve reporting infrastructure and data integrity
  • Connect and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources to surface insights
  • Support GTM initiatives and strategic commercial decisions with financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Operate across strategic advisory, analytical building, and hands-on execution

Requirements

  • 6-7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related analytical and strategic discipline
  • Strategic thinker able to frame problems clearly
  • Relationship builder with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable with or learning Python and SQL for data querying and analysis
  • Solid understanding of revenue planning, cost drivers, and ROI frameworks
  • Comfortable working with ambiguous or incomplete data
  • Able to operate in both strategic advisory and execution modes
  • Framework thinker who builds, maintains, and improves systems
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate financial complexity
  • Fun and positive attitude
