Manager - Financial Reporting role based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements compliant with IND AS/IFRS, completing internal and statutory audits, overseeing financial consolidation, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing the executive team, controlling accounting entries, maintaining internal control systems, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating cross-departmentally. Requires a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance, strong knowledge of IND AS/IFRS standards, team management skills, and proficiency in accounting software, Google Spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel.
