Manager - Financial Reporting role based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements compliant with IND AS/IFRS standards, completing internal and statutory audits, overseeing consolidation of financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing the executive team, controlling accounting entries, maintaining internal controls, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating cross-departmentally. Requires qualified CA with 3-4 years experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance, strong knowledge of IND AS/IFRS and financial regulations, team management skills, proficiency in accounting software, Google Spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel.
